The Fort St. John International Airshow Society (the Society) has made the difficult decision to cancel the August 3–4, 2024 air show.

This decision was made due to a lack of resources needed to provide a safe, efficient, and entertaining show this coming summer, as well as the anticipated risk of wildfire in the Peace Region as a result of low winter precipitation.

“It was a tough decision to make. We were excited to bring the air show back in 2022 after a 5-year hiatus and were looking forward to continuing on a 2-year cycle. Unfortunately, we are just not able to make it happen for this year,” says Sandi Miller, Airshow Producer.

The Society is firmly committed to producing the highest quality air show for the community and will be working hard behind the scenes to book new dates. If you would like to help plan the next air show, please reach out to info@fsjairshow.com.
