Leigh Goldie, a founding member and current Board Director of the Grande Prairie Regional Sport Connection, has been inducted into the Alberta Volleyball Hall of Fame.

As head coach of the Grande Prairie Regional Men's Volleyball team from 1975 to 1989, Goldie led the team to multiple provincial medals and earned three ACAC Coach of the Year awards.

He founded the Wolves Volleyball Club in 1984, growing it into one of Canada's most successful clubs, and served on Volleyball Alberta’s board for over thirty years.

His induction into the Hall of Fame honors his exceptional contributions and dedication to the sport.
