The annual city-wide Good Friday service is just around the corner.

On April 10th, people from all denominations in the Peace Country will gather in Grande Prairie for a common purpose...to remember how our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ paid our debt on the Cross at Calvary.

Pastor Paul Juss, Victory Church on the Rock says, "Good Friday is probably one of the most neutral days of the year, anyone can agree on what Jesus did on the Cross on that Good Friday. It's both a sober day, but it's also just a celebratory day, because we know the end of the book".

You can once again expect a multi-church worship team, and the sharing of communion together. New this year, Pastor Lyndon Wall will be sharing from God's word, and is very excited to be part of such a powerful event.

Pastor Paul Juss says, "It's going to be even bigger and better this year, we're looking at setting up 1,500 chairs, and we're looking at about 3,000 people. It's an exciting time for the city to get together, and the surrounding area".

The Good Friday service will be held at Revolution Place, with services at 9am and 11am. A Free-will offering will be taken.

Everyone is welcome to attend.
