On December 27, 2019, at approximately 11:00 p.m., Fairview RCMP received a call from a concerned citizen of a possible stolen vehicle and a number of suspicious persons in a rural area east of Fairview, Alta. Fairview RCMP found the stolen vehicle in the area. All of the occupants fled, except for a female who was taken into custody.

With the assistance of the Fairview, Peace Regional and Grande Prairie RCMP Police Dog Service, an additional five individuals were located and taken into custody.  

Hayes Fuller-Garrand, age 23, of Warburg, is charged with possession of stolen property over $5,000, possession of break-in instrument, breach of undertaking by possessing ammunition and breach of no contact conditions of undertaking.

Carlamae Underwood, age 42 of Peace River, is charged with possession of stolen property over $5,000 and possession of break-in instrument.

Cassidy Killkenny, age 33, of Edmonton, is charged with possession of stolen property over $5,000.

Bradley Blake, age 43, of Fairview, is charged with possession of stolen property over $5,000 and failure to comply with probation.

Dennis Ford, age 47, of Clairmont, is charged with possession of stolen property over $5,000, failure to comply with recognizance, and possession of methamphetamines.

Judicial interim release hearings were held. Fuller-Garrand, Underwood and Killkenny were released with conditions and are scheduled to appear in Fairview Provincial Court on January 22, 2020. Blake and Ford were released with conditions and are scheduled to appear in court on February 26, 2020.
