Rising Above, a local non-profit organization dedicated to transforming the lives of individuals trapped in cycles of defeat, is proud to announce the Rising Higher capital campaign in support of a new facility.

Rising Above board member Dan Rigler will spend the weekend of October 20th-22nd suspended 165 feet in the basket of a crane to raise awareness and funds for the project. This will not only raise awareness about the critical issues of mental health and addiction but also inspire others to contribute to the cause. Throughout the weekend, representatives of Rising Above will be on-site to accept donations and chat about the project.

The Rising Higher Campaign goes until 4pm on Sunday, October 22 at Melcor Crossing (Staples and Montana’s parking lots), 108 Street, Grande Prairie.
