City of Grande Prairie residents are encouraged to report issues online through the platform SeeClickFix. 

The City's "goal is to provide citizens with useful communication channels so you can play an active role in improving your community."

They provide these guidelines for reporting:

  • Location-based issues like potholes or graffiti
  • Non-emergency, non-crime, non-bylaw issues. (For emergencies, call 9-1-1. For non-emergency crime, or bylaw issues, contact Enforcement Services at 780-830-5790)
  • Neighbourhood clean ups and work bees

Current issues that can be reported using this tool are potholes and water flow or snow melt issues.
