Jason Kenney's UCP party will begin their second session in the Alberta legislature today (February 25) in Edmonton.

Lt. Governor Louis Miller will give the throne speech, outlining the government's aims for this session, starting at 3 p.m.

While the throne speech will kick off this session, all eyes are keenly fixed on the 2020 budget, which will be announced Thursday.

The government announced starting this year the Oral Question Period will be available to stream on social media. The coverage of this session will begin with the throne speech.
