The City of Grande Prairie announced this afternoon the phased re-opening of the Eastlink Centre, Coca-Cola Centre, and Grande Prairie Outdoor Pool on July 6. 

The Eastlink Centre hours: Monday to Friday will be 5:30 a.m.- 12:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.- 8:30 p.m., Saturday will be 6:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m. and they’ll be closed on Sundays.  

Amenities that will be open are the fitness centre, with a capacity of 30 people/hour, the 50m and 25m pools, Fieldhouse, dryland and aquatics bookings. All other amenities and features will be introduced in later phases, including food services.  

The Coca-Cola Centre will be open Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m.- 10:00 p.m. and closed on Saturdays and Sundays for bookings only. Drop-ins and regular programming are not permitted during this re-launch stage. Ice programs such as shinny hockey, stick and puck, leisure skate etc.  and concession and catering services to be added later. 

The outdoor pool will only be open for bookings, and not public swim, at the start.

From Monday to Thursday it will be available from 2:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. for four 45-minute rental slots at $100/each for 20 person cohorts. Friday to Saturday, four one-hour slots will be available for rent at $125 for cohorts of 20 people from 1:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
