Shelly Lynn Smith (33) was reported missing to the Grande Prairie RCMP on Dec. 3, 2021. Shelly has not been located and RCMP continue to actively seek information about Shelly’s whereabouts.

Police are very concerned for Shelly’s well-being and her ability to manage while on her own as she has a medical condition and requires medication.

An additional description of Shelly is described as:

·5’4”

·Average build

·Chin length brown hair with blond highlights

·Wears glasses

 

An additional description of what Shelly was last seen wearing is described as:

·Off-white down filled jacket with fur lined hood

·Black or brown zipper boots

·Blue jeans

Shelly was last seen at approximately 11:00 a.m. on Dec. 1, 2021, in the area of 101 Avenue and 97A Street in Grande Prairie, Alta. Shelly has been known to travel to areas throughout Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan.
