With the COVID 19 pandemic expected to linger around for months to come, one community that continues to fear for their safety is those who have no home.

Staying at home and maintaining good hand hygiene are the most important steps in preventing a person from falling victim to the virus, but what about those who are living on the streets.

Today's guest is Terence Lester. He is the founder and executive director of Love Beyond Walls in Georgia.

At the age of 16, Lester ran away from home and lived on the streets until a friend's father told him that he would be a leader one day.

That led Terence down a path of success and now he is using his own experience to help others.

In an effort to keep the homeless community safe as we deal with the COVID-19 pandemic, Terence has set up a number of portable sinks around Atlanta for those without a home to use.

Love Beyond Walls goes out each week and refills the stations as needed, and the response from the community so far has been amazing.

Today on Connections Terence will share about his ministry and what he and his team are doing to help out during this global pandemic.
