The Festival of Trees 50/50 raffle is still selling tickets until Friday, December 18th.  

Shannon Stambaugh, Philanthropy and Engagement Officer, GP Regional Hospital Foundation says, “The raffle is $100,000, and winner gets half, so you have the chance to win up to $50,000 right now. Our raffle, our estimated raffle Jack Pot is $40,000, so you're guaranteed $20,000 and we're hoping that everyone will come out and support us.” 

The proceeds will go to supporting the QE2, the new Grande Prairie Regional Hospital, as well as the GP Regional Hospital Foundation to help support patient care. The funds will be used for education initiatives, the purchasing of critical equipment, and the delivery of specialized comfort programs for patients.  

Stambaugh says, “Your support will make a difference, and has been instrumental in helping the Hospital Foundation. Since 1991, people just like you have helped purchase over 150 pieces of lifesaving equipment.” 

The draw will take place on Friday, December 18th at noon, so you have until 11:00 a.m. that day to purchase your ticket.
