The City of Grande Prairie has awarded the contract for service provision at the Coordinated Care Campus to The Mustard Seed.

The Mustard Seed’s mission is in alignment with the Coordinated Care Campus’s recovery-oriented model of care. Their programs and services include basic needs, health and wellness, housing, employment, spiritual care and community engagement. They will also be present on the Housing HUB table with other local housing and mental health organizations.

The Mustard Seed was selected as the new service provider through a competitive procurement process. They start on February 1, 2024.

The City of Grande Prairie is thankful for Northreach Society’s work as the previous service provider, and their ongoing support for the project.
