On December 16th and 17th, the 18 Wheels of Christmas rolled into the Superstore parking lot in Grande Prairie to provide the community with an opportunity to donate non-perishable foods items and toys for local families. The event was a huge success and brought in 7 skids of food.

The 18 Wheels of Christmas annual food drive began in 2002 as a way for the transportation industry to give back to the communities that they work and live in. The food drive takes place across western Canada, including Dawson Creek, and Fort St. John.
