On Saturday May 28, at around 10:20 am Grande Prairie Firefighters responded to a structure fire at 10128 91 Street.

At the time of the fire there was 1 occupant along with 2 cats and 2 dogs that safely exited the home without injury.

There was significant damage to the structure as the fire extended into the attic space with minor damage to a neighbouring home.

The cause of this incident is under investigation
