Grande Prairie, Alberta – Grande Prairie RCMP are seeking the public's assistance in locating 13- year-old Koltin Charles-Rumsey. He was last seen in the Grande Prairie area on September 27, 2018.

Charles-Rumsey is described as:

  • ·            5’8” / 120 lbs
  • · Last seen wearing black sweat pants, black Jacket, and a black ball cap with "BOSS" on it
