In Alberta, 153 new cases of COVID-19 were reported today (Sept. 25), from 14,211 tests completed.  

There are a few more active cases today than yesterday, the total is 1,497. In total, 15,585 people have recovered, 118 since the last reported numbers. 

Right now, 56 people are in the hospital with COVID-19, with 14 of these in intensive care. This is two less hospitalizations than yesterday. There were no new deaths; the provincial total is 261. 

There was no change to Grande Prairie’s COVID-19 numbers today; there’s still five active cases with 90 recoveries and two deaths. In the County, two more cases were found, for 11 active and 49 total recoveries. 

County of Northern Lights saw another two recoveries today and Mackenzie County had one.
