Take Back the Night, the oldest worldwide movement against sexual violence, will be held in Grande Prairie on Wednesday, November 22nd .
The event kicks off with activities and speeches at 5:00 p.m. in the Bowes area at Bonnetts Energy Centre.
There will be a march leaving Bonnetts at 5:20 p.m. The route will follow a 20-minute loop, beginning on 99th Avenue, walking west, then turning onto 102nd Street to head east on 100th Avenue, and returning to Bonnetts Energy Centre via 99th Street and 99th Avenue.
Refreshments will be provided at the Bowes for all participants from 5:45 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., concluding just in time for attendees to catch the Storm game afterward.
