During Mental Health Week, May 2-8, Alberta Health Services (AHS) reminds Albertans of the small steps they can take to help themselves and others.   

The ability to bounce back after stressful situations can be strengthened when support is given and received. Strong connections with others can help build resiliency.  

During this week, the North Zone is recognizing Mental Health Week through the following events: 

Grande Prairie

  • May 4, 7-8 p.m.: Discovery Group, a virtual education session on Zoom aimed at promoting change through information, increased awareness and healthy choices. Please pre-register by calling 780-538-6330.
