Residents are invited to an open house regarding upgrades to 104 Avenue between 92 Street and 88 Street on November 21, 2018, between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. at I.V. Macklin School in the Lecture Theatre.

Upgrades to this section of road are proposed for the 2019 construction season. In preparation for the work, the City seeks feedback from residents residing along the proposed construction zone.

The project is currently in the design phase and the proposed upgrades will bring the section of road up to current City design standards by adjusting road widths, installing a sidewalk on the south/north sides, and improving lighting in the area.

At the open house, residents will be able to view design drawings, learn about the scope of the project, and discuss the project with representatives from the City and the engineering design consultant. The construction work will be tendered in early 2019 and a start date will be determined around spring 2019.
