On February 23, 2020 Fort St John RCMP received a report of a unknown male who stole a large quantity of meats as well as some cheese and ice cream products.  The items were taken from a refrigerated trailer parked at the BC Winters Games headquarters located at 9304 86th Street.   

Fort St John RCMP have reason to believe the theft occurred between 1:30am and 2:00am with the suspect walking away toward Toboggan Park.

The Fort St John RCMP request that anyone who may have seen anything suspicious in the area at the time or if they have any details regarding the suspect or the whereabouts of the meat products to please contact the RCMP. 

"This was a targeted theft," said lead investigator, Cst Josh Cullen.  "If anyone hears about or knows someone suddenly possessing a large amount of meats or trying to sell them, call us."
