The River of Death and Discovery Dinosaur Museum Society – which oversees operation of the Philip J. Currie Dinosaur Museum – holds its Annual General Meeting May 19th, 2022.

All society members in good standing can attend and participate in helping the venue continue its development and growth. Memberships may be renewed in advance or purchased at the museum’s front desk. Society only memberships which grant voting rights are only $20 and available for purchase at the museum.

The meeting begins at 6 p.m. in the Aykroyd Family Theatre and will be highlighted by the appointment of new board members, receiving of financial statements and report on current and upcoming museum plans.

Members may nominate others or themselves as potential board members prior to the meeting by sending a resume and cover letter to Linden Roberts, Executive Director of the Museum - lroberts@dinomuseum.ca to obtain a nomination form.

2022 is set to be a promising year for the Philip J. Currie Dinosaur Museum with current and summer initiatives, including the Floating Fossil Tour, Archosaur April Absurdity, Summer Camps and Paleo-Palooza.

This AGM is a perfect opportunity for members of the community to get involved with an internationally renowned facility right in their backyard.
