On August 7, 2022, shortly after 4:00 p.m., Peace Regional RCMP were dispatched to a report of theft of fuel from the West Hill Business Park.  It was reported that a male and female were syphoning gas from several parked vehicles and then took off in a black Ford F350.

A second call came in moments later reporting the suspect vehicle was located stationary in a parking lot off 100 Avenue and 77 Street.  The male driver of the suspect vehicle rammed the caller’s vehicle, exited the driver seat and sprayed the caller with bear spray before ramming his vehicle a second time and driving away.

The suspect vehicle had been reported stolen to Grande Prairie RCMP on August 6, 2022, and had been involved in a flight from police incident in Clairmont on August 7, 2022, at 3:00 a.m.

The male suspect is described as:

  • Light skin
  • Late 20’s to early 30’s
  • Approximately 5’8”
  • Thin build
  • Dark hair
  • Thin dark mustache

  • Light skin
  • Late 20’s to early 30’s
  • Long brown hair
  • Medium build
  • Wearing distinct pink skateboard style shoes
