Remembrance Day services will be held across the Peace region on November 11th for those wishing to pay their respects to those who served. 
  
Royal Canadian Legion Branch #54 will be hosting one of two ceremonies in the City of Grande Prairie. Doors will open at 9:45 a.m. at Bonnetts Energy Centre with the service starting at 10:45 and a moment of silence at 11 a.m.  

The other ceremony will take place at the Jubilee Park Cenotaph, hosted by the Army Navy Air Force Association starting at 10:45 a.m. with a luncheon to follow at Trinity Lutheran Church after the ceremony.

Town of Sexsmith: 

The Town of Sexmith is holding a Remembrance Day Ceremony starting at 10 a.m. at the Sexsmith Civic Center.  

Fort St. John: 

The Remembrance Day Parade starts at 10 a.m. heading towards the Cenotaph to lay wreaths before a return parade for the indoor service at the Fort St. John Legion.  

Dawson Creek: 

The Remembrance Day ceremony will be held in the Unchagah Hall at the South Peace Secondary Campus. Wreaths will be laid at the Cenotaph following the service.
