Grande Prairie & District Catholic Schools is proud to announce Jessica Johnston as the new Assistant Principal of St. Joseph Catholic High School.

Jessica attended Dr. John Hugh Gillis Regional High School in Antigonish, Nova Scotia. She graduated with a Bachelor of Education degree from Cape Breton University.

Jessica started working as a teacher with the Grande Prairie Catholic School Division in 2009 at St. Joseph Catholic High School.

As a teacher she has taken on many roles and responsibilities. Her students mean the world to Jessica, she believes in creating a learning environment that is personalized, inclusive and flexible for everyone. As an Assistant Principal, she is excited to grow her school community and help students thrive and find success.
