It was confirmed on Oct. 21 that Tracy Allard, Minister of Municipal Affairs and MLA for Grande Prairie, tested positive for COVID-19.

Premier Kenney said that he went into self-isolation since he attended events with the Minister last week. Kenney says he has been tested and results came back negative, and he is not showing symptoms.

Following Public Health guidelines, Kenney will remain in self-isolation until the afternoon of Thursday, Oct. 29 and work from home.

Minister Ric McIver, and MLAs Angela Pitt and Peter Guthrie attended the same functions with Minister Allard last week and will be getting tested and self-isolating. MLA Nathan Neudorf is also isolating from a separate interaction with Minister Allard.
