MercyMe has done it again, with a 7th RIAA gold-certified album under their belts.
Bart Millard and Mike Scheuchzer were recently presented commemorative plaques for hitting gold status for their 2017 album Lifer by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). They have previously received RIAA Gold Certification on six other albums and one Triple Platinum Certification.
Three singles from Lifer hit No. 1 on Billboard National Christian Audience, including 'Even If,' 'Grace Got You,' and 'Best News Ever.'
The band released a new album in 2021 called inhale/exhale. Their current single, 'On Our Way,' is Top 10 on the Billboard National Christian Audience chart and climbing.
