King’s Kids is a free, weekly, Christian respite outreach program for children with special needs and their families.
It takes place every Thursday evening from 5-7:30pm at the Oasis Church.
Staff and volunteers are on hand to provide a break for families that are raising children with special needs. Siblings and children from other faiths are welcome.
Children have the opportunity to participate in activities such as bible stories, life skills, playtime, music, crafts, games, and much more. Free supper will be served!
The program will soon be expanding to Clairmont Community Church starting in November. It will take place on Tuesday's from 5-7:30pm.
There will be a meet and greet session for questions and information on the intake process on Saturday, October 29 from 1-3pm. Everyone is welcome!
A walk through of the facilities and sensory rooms can be pre-arranged for children with autism or sensory processing disorders.
