Alberta's daily cases numbers continue to grow with 432 reported Oct. 23 from 15,208 tests completed. 

On the other hand, 296 more people recovered, for a total of 20,310. There are 3,651 active cases in the province. 

The hospitalization rate remains the same as yesterday, with 112 people in the hospital, 14 of these in intensive care.  

Four more Albertans have died, for a total of 300 COVID-19-related deaths since the start of the pandemic. 

In Grande Prairie, six new cases were added, and three people recovered. The City sits at 62 active cases with 139 recoveries. Alberta Health has officially declared an outbreak at the RCMP detachment. Story will be updated once we get current numbers at this outbreak from Alberta Health.

The County of Grande Prairie reported four new cases, with 12 active and 66 recovered.  

The MD of Greenview, Clear Hills County, the MD of Spirit River, Saddle Hills County and Mackenzie County all each saw one person recover from the virus. Saddle Hills also added one new case.  

The MD of Peace has four new cases today.
