On May 3, 2024, Grande Prairie RCMP were advised of a theft that took place earlier that day at the Best Buy in Grande Prairie. An RCMP officer attended the scene and obtained video footage. According to the footage, a male in a red jacket stole an e-scooter, valued at $1169, and loaded it into the back of a newer black GMC Sierra whose licence plate had been removed.
Grande Prairie RCMP is asking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating the suspect.
