On Wednesday, April 3 2019, at approximately 9:00 AM, Grande Prairie RCMP and emergency services attended 68 Avenue and 100 Street for a motor vehicle collision involving a marked police vehicle and a SUV. The lone occupant of the SUV was transported to the hospital via EMS.

All possible contributing factors related to this collision are being considered and the collision remains under investigation.

Grande Prairie, Alberta -  Grande Prairie RCMP are currently on scene of a collision involving two vehicles. The collision took place at the intersection of 68 Avenue and 100 Street in Grande Prairie.

RCMP remain on scene at the location. RCMP are advising motorists travelling in the area to expect delays and to please consider choosing an alternate route.
