Fresh IE has a lot to celebrate today, including releasing his brand new single 'Glory.'

"I'm thankful to be 50," says Robert Wilson, A.K.A. "I'm thankful to get out of my 40s because they were my roughest years. I feel God's blessing today."

Wilson has been writing and releasing Christian music for 25 years.

"To know that God has preserved me for a time as this, it's awesome and I'm thankful for that. I've got so many amazing stories that I've come across in the last 25 years of ministry. God is so good."

Wilson thought he would hang up his ministry hat almost a decade ago.

"In 2013, I tried to retire from making rap music. I was at the GMA's and won Rap Album of the Year. While I was giving my speech, Paul Brandt was in the front row and asked me to be on his song. I was already announcing I was retiring and every time I tried to do that, God was like, 'I'm not done with you yet.' They say if you want to make God laugh, tell Him your plans. Either way, I'm walking with God in everything I do."

His new single, out today, is called 'Glory.'

"You're never too mature in your faith to ask questions. Sometimes we get so mature in our faith that we forget to have those simple conversations with God. He likes those conversations. He's the author and finisher of our faith. That's what this song is about. God is so good, I just want to lift Him up."
