Grande Prairie RCMP officers along with Fire and EMS are currently on scene at Highway 672 and Range Road 70 in the County of Grande Prairie after receiving a report of a single vehicle rollover involving a tanker truck.

The adult male passenger of the vehicle has been confirmed deceased on scene and the adult male driver was transported to hospital with non life threatening injuries.

At this time the road is closed and traffic is being diverted.

RCMP are advising motorists to avoid the area and to choose an alternate route. Grande Prairie RCMP continue to investigate. No further updates will be provided and the name of the deceased will not be released.
