A new Disney channel show is exposing children to witchcraft and the demonic realm causing parents to worry about the dangers of the exposure.
'The Owl House' is about a teenage girl who stumbles upon a portal to another dimension. While there, she befriends a witch and a demon who are portrayed as the protagonists of the show.
"There is no way I would let my kids watch that."
Parents of the children watching the show have made it clear that witchcraft is not appropriate for children to consume. Many parents believe it should not be advertised to their young minds.
"If they are watching stuff like that, what will they be dreaming about?" asks a concerned mother.
"While it's fun to allow your kids to have an imagination, this show is a gateway. There's no way I'd let my kids watch that," Nicholas Tenzen says.
"If Jesus came to my home to hang out with my kids, I wouldn't put that show on," Tenzen says.
The show will continue airing episodes throughout February of 2020. A second season was ordered before the premiere of the show.
