Thanks to the generosity of the community, this year's Rotary Dignity Drive collected 75 huge boxes of thousands of socks, underwear, toques, sweaters, personal hygiene items and more during the month-long campaign.

This drive was the biggest one yet.

The items will be donated to Canadian Mental Health Association, Alberta Northwest, Grande Prairie Friendship Centre, Saint Lawrence Centre, Northreach Society, Wapiti House and GPYESS - Sunrise House.

Heather Jones from the Swan Rotary club said they had so many items that they added Sunrise House, after they saw their cry for help for socks and underwear on their Facebook page, "Grande Prairie did NOT disappoint".
