The Fort St John RCMP is requesting the assistance of the public to locate 46-year-old Darin Chad Loepkky, after an incident occurred on Thursday, October 20, 2022.

The Fort St John RCMP located Loepkky in the area of 78A Street and 93rd Avenue in Fort St John and attempted to arrest Loepkky on outstanding warrants. Loepkky fled from police and was not located.

An unendorsed warrant was issued in this matter for Obstruction to Resist Arrest on Friday, October 21, 2022.

Loepkky is also currently wanted on three additional unendorsed warrants out of Dawson Creek, BC for Possession of Stolen Property, Possession of Stolen Property over $5000 and Breach of Release Order.

Darin Loepkky is described as:

  • Caucasian male,
  • 5 foot 11 inches tall (180 cm),
  • 201 lbs (91 kg),
  • Blue eyes,
  • Bald with blond hair.

Loepkky is an interjurisdictional offender with connections to the entire Peace region including Fort St John, Hudson’s Hope, Chetwynd, Tumbler Ridge, Dawson Creek in British Columbia as well as Grande Prairie, Beaverlodge and Spirit River in Alberta.
