The Grande Prairie Primary Care Network (PCN) COVID-19 vaccination clinic will be open this Thursday, May 20.

Appointments will be at the after-hours clinic at 104-11745 105 Street in Grande Prairie. They have an online booking tool which is open now for people to book their first shot.

There are appointments available as late as 9:20 p.m. on weekdays, and daytime slots on weekends.

Anyone who books is asked to bring one piece of identification, which could include your Alberta Health Care card, a driver's license, Social Insurance Number, birth certificate, or passport. The vaccine appointments will be booked 10 minutes apart, and people will be at the clinic for about 20 to 25 minutes, including monitoring time after the vaccine is received.

People are asked to wait in their vehicle until just before their appointment time.

Vaccine appointments are also available through the Alberta Health Services online booking tool, which will be at the Teresa Sargent Hall and at participating pharmacies. A map of pharmacies can be found online.
