Worship pastor Michael Cochren has dropped a new release on Friday, Oct. 21, that's sure to speak to many.

'The Lows' is the latest single to come from Cochren, and his first release that is not from his debut album, Don't Lose Hope.

The song is an upbeat reminder that "you can't have the highs (in life) without the lows," as the lyrics say.
