A recent Twitter post on #gpab showed a video of a man playing bagpipes outside the QE II hospital in Grande Prairie on Thursday. The performance was a show of appreciaton for local health workers as the city continues to navigate the new provincial protocols put in place during COVID-19.
The Twitter post had already been seen by a couple of thousand people by Friday morning.
A nice treat for our staff and physicians today as we were treated to a bagpipe player this evening at the hospital. Thank you to @GPRHFoundation for bringing some joyful music to our site. #gpab #QEIIHospital #healthcare pic.twitter.com/71ckkcQ5ak
