The Art Gallery of Grande Prairie has created free take-home creativity kits as part of their Art at Home program.

The kits are available for all ages, one per person, while supplies last. The Art Gallery hopes to help people explore their creativity and make art their way. Kits can be picked up during regular gallery hours.

The Art Gallery also hopes that people will bring back their creations to display as part of their Community Art Installation called “The Curve” on display until Sept. 28.

The Curve is a multi-disciplinary installation, exhibited through the summer of 2020 to honour those in the Peace Region who passed, who served, and who lived through the largest public health pandemic in generations.

Artist of all ages and abilities are encouraging to submit their work. Mediums being accepted include painting, drawing, sculpture, and other visual art, photography, music and poetry, prose, and other literary works.
