A five-year-old boy who was thrown off a third-floor Mall of America balcony is now "walking perfectly", he claims angels caught him.

Landon Hoffman was thrown off a 40-foot balcony on April 12 by Emmanuel Aranda a 24-year-old who told investigators he entered the mall in search of someone to kill. Aranda pleaded guilty to attempted murder and is sentenced to serve 19-years in prison.

On November 22, Hoffman's 'support team' made up of family and friends who began a GoFundMe page announced that he is almost fully recovered. Over one million dollars has been raised in support of this child and his family.

"Mom, I’m healed, you don't need to ask me anymore."

Hoffman first returned home in August reportedly with a limp due to uneven legs and an open wound on his belly which needed daily treatment. He was put in the intensive care unit directly after the incident. He suffered from broken arms, legs, and head trauma in addition to the stomach wound. However, his family is praising the Lord because they say "he is now walking perfectly with even legs." The wound on his belly has scabbed over and they are working on getting him off his medications.

His family and friends describe him as a "strong, happy boy." According to the announcement, Hoffman is extremely excited to be back in kindergarten with his twin brother and go to school with his sister. "He gets out of the car every morning happy and blows kisses all the way in!" Hoffman believes that angels caught him and that because of his love for Jesus he will be okay.

Whenever his mother asks to check the wounds Hoffman says, "Mom, I’m healed, you don't need to ask me anymore."
