All-women worship album sharing gospel through song

Female worship artists from around the world came together to create, sing, and release an all-women worship album called Women Who Worship. 

"It’s been such a joy and an honour to serve alongside such powerful and faithful women of God and history makers in the industry," says artist and songwriter Cecily Hennigan.

Some of the women on the album are Cofer, Rita Springer, Leslie Jordan, Jessie Early, Emmy Rose, Cecily Hennigan, Shantrice Laura, and Enoila Abioye.

"Being a part of this rising generation of leaders, I feel blessed to run alongside these heroes of the faith and learn from them," says Hennigan. "This project models the beauty of unity and history with the Lord and women of God."

The album was recorded live last year and has six songs on it, including 'It is Written' and 'With You (Only Ressurection).'

Women Who Worship began in 2019 when Capitol CMG Publishing hosted 45 female worship artists and songwriters for the writing camp. The movement that has become this album was birthed at that time.
