On July 6, Alberta announced 130 new cases of COVID-19 over the weekend. Friday showed 29 cases, Saturday 52, and Sunday 49. 

There are now 607 active cases and 7,627 recoveries. Currently, 57 are in the hospital with six in intensive care.  

There have been no new deaths and the total is at 155. There have been 8,684 COVID-19 related deaths in Canada total. 

No change in the local numbers has been reported. Grande Prairie has one active cases and 16 recoveries. There is also still one cases remaining in Clear Hills County from their recent spike of 10 cases.
