Parks Alberta has announced they are re-opening their provincial parks with some temporary changes.

Starting June 1st Alberta Parks will be re-opened at half capacity, Alberta Parks says they have been working hard to get everything ready for June 1st, hoping to have as many spots available as they can while remaining psychically distant.

With the high demand for camping across Canada, Alberta Parks has made only Albertans be able to use the parks until further notice, all pre-made reservations for out-of-province campers will be canceled.

If a campground is already full and a reservation has been made, one will be canceled by random.

Alberta Parks wants to remind those camping to always use social distancing when encountering others on the grounds.
