In the City of Grande Prairie, there are 45 active cases of COVID-19, as of today (June 15), with 3849 people fully recovered from the virus.

The County of Grande Prairie sits at 29 active cases, and a total of 1370 recoveries.

Provincially, Alberta reported 127 new cases from 4,476 tests completed, and our positivity rate is about 2.9 per cent. Right now, 2,804 cases are active in the province. The recovered total in Alberta has reached 225,627. 

There’s 271 people in the hospital with the virus, with 68 of these in intensive care.

In the last 24 hours, Alberta has reported four more COVID-related deaths, for a total of 2,274 since the start of the pandemic.  

There have now been 3,408,407 vaccine doses administered. As of June 14, 69.4 per cent of eligible Albertans aged 12-plus have now received at least one dose, and 22 per cent are fully vaccinated with two doses.
