Alberta reported 368 cases of COVID-19 over the weekend, bring the active total to 1,109. There are 8,308 recoveries. 

Of the cases, 165 were from July 17, 106 from July 18 and 97 on July 19. 

Eighty-six people are in the hospital with 17 in intensive care. 

There have been three new deaths for a total of 170.*

The City of Grande Prairie saw two new cases over the weekend, for eight total active. There’s been no new recoveries, leaving the total at 17. The County of Grande Prairie has five new cases and two recoveries. They have nine active and nine recovered.  

Clear Hills County has three new cases, for 11 active and 10 recoveries. They have now been added to the Province's watch list with at least 10 active cases and more than 50 active cases per 100,000. No additional measures will be in place at this time.

Saddle Hills has their first case of the virus. Mackenzie County saw four people recover and 13 new cases were identified. They have 36 active and 49 recovered. 

On the positive side, the remaining three active Big Lakes County cases have recovered, for a total of 42 recoveries. The MD of Spirit River case has been removed.
