The 30th annual Rotary Dream Home Lottery opened their doors in Taylor Estates December 27th.  Raffle Manager Melissa Coulombe says “Sales are surprisingly strong.   Let’s put it this way.  For the Dream Home only sales (there are three lotteries, Dream Home, Cash Jackpot 50-50 and the Cash Cow Calendar) we are at the same point we were last year near the end of the lottery. Frankly – this is stunning.

Coulombe says she feels there are 4 reasons for the spike in sales. “We have a fantastic product in Unique Home Concepts 2023 home. People just love this year’s Dream Home. Second, the economy definitely has improved. Third - the various 30th Anniversary Packs of tickets that offer more for less have been extremely popular. Lastly we have tried a few marketing tricks and strategic tweaks that have really, really paid off.”

Currently tickets are 70% sold already with 7 weeks remaining.  “We still have an Early Bird in April of the RAV 4, and of course the grand prize so some huge weeks to come. “ Coulombe adds “The Dream Home did not quite sell out in 2022 or 2021 as the economy took its toll and of course the COVID shutdown. So this is very exciting.”

This coming Monday is the tickets deadline for the Early Bird prize of $25,000 to spend at any Revolution Auto Dealer.  “It helps us celebrate 30 years and has been very popular”.

The home is open for viewing Thursday Fridays 6 – 9 and weekends 11-5. And open extended hours for the ticket deadline. Monday March 13th home open 12-9pm Monday! The home is in Taylor Estates. Details at https://winadreamhome.ca/the-home/hours-directions-2023.
