The Rotary Dream Home Lottery opens their doors to the public Friday, December 28 in Carriage Lane Estates. Raffle Manager Kevin Hilgers says 2019 will mark the 26 th Dream Home built in Grande Prairie. “The 2019 edition has a lot of fun features. One is an 18 foot indoor slide into the lower level gym area. It has people talking for sure. It’s a first for a Dream Home. Another area is the sun room. A 3 season room that is very unique and very popular. People’s eyes bug out when then they step in the room. There are so many unique aspects about this home. The wine room is stunning. The wet bar. The home features a modern farmhouse design. Love the sliding barn doors. Carston with High Mark Homes likes to push the edge a bit and he has. It’s a show stopper.”

The 2019 home builder is High Mark Homes. Carston Siebert, Owner / CEO of High Mark Homes, is a custom home builder in Grande Prairie. He is very pleased to be participating in the Rotary Dream Home once again. “It’s a terrific community fundraiser and it allows us to be involved in giving back to our Community. The Dream Home organizers also allow us the latitude to try new designs and innovative ideas. This makes it an exciting experience for us, our staff, our suppliers and our trades. The 2019 Dream Home is totally different from any years prior.” Siebert says, “The 2019 Rotary Dream Home is a home of simplistic extravagance. A modernday farmhouse combining sleek clean lines with a contemporary design. It has the allure and coziness of farmhouse aesthetics that are characterized by natural textures and wood elements.” The 2546 square foot home features 5 bedrooms, 3 ½ bathrooms, and all the fundamentals for the entertaining family. Designed and built with High Mark Home’s quality and standards, the 2019 Dream Home evokes feelings of warmth and comfort while retaining a detailed level of sophistication and luxury”.
