What to Expect
Spectators of all ages can enjoy an afternoon of traditional and modern fiddling music and dance, from novice to senior professional.
The event, now in its 30th year, honours the intangible heritage of our community’s and regions rich culture through music and dance.
Performances are influenced from Irish, Scottish, English, Metis, Scandinavian, Danish and East Indian heritage.
The Jamboree is a unique opportunity for Fiddlers and fiddling enthusiasts in western Canada and the Northwest Territories and beyond to come together as a community to celebrate music and diversity.
